we have had a super fun week here at the kennon house! it started of with a trip to lagoon on wednesday with cousins. jamie's family was here visiting so, being the power moms that we are, we took a total of 9 kids to brave the heat and the wild mouse! i think that i was the only adult that actually got convinced to ride the wild mouse--i can't stand that ride! robyn and jamie were smart enough to gracefully decline taking their kids on it!
cassie didn't get to go to lagoon, but she did get to hang with the boys at jackson's golf tournament. as you can see, she loves to be with her brothers and copy them. she struts her stuff and is really getting a little personality lately.
jackson's tournament was here in salt lake at a course called Fore Lakes. jax is 7, so he plays in the 10 and under category. i actually got to watch him play the whole 9 holes and it was so fun!
these little boys are incredible. i am quite sure that all of them would have creamed me! it turns out on of jax's little baseball buddies played in his foursome, so that was really fun to have a friend there too.
we're looking forward to playing more tournaments because jackson absolutely loved it and so did the rest of us! jax shot a 41 and actually tied the score for fourth place (out of about 10 kids) but with the tie they did a scorecard playoff--which means that they looked backward from hole 9 to see who shot the best score on a hole until someone won-and just missed out on getting a medal. he kept a good attitude and we are very proud of him! way to go buddy!

Your blog looks great! Just a reminder that ours is grayspann-as if you would forget! I'm so proud of you get doing the triathalon! Wish i could find the time. Was great running into you all today. We will try to be there Thursday if you are going to the park.
