Are these good looking boys or what? last sunday, i up to robyn's
house to enjoy some family time. the boys (and girl) all played in
the park behind her house for hours. all the neighbors were launching
rockets and we had to bribe the kids back in with ice cream cones.
scotty can run pretty fast for ice cream...he beat us all to the backyard!

Cassie also got her first haircut a little bit ago. she loved it!
i think she is looking especially cute in this shot...so calm and
collected! I was afraid that her little curls wouldn't come back
after the cut because that is what happened with scotty, but
they are even curlier now!

and since the weather is nice, we have been enjoying the
park by our house with friends! the tire swing is a big hit
and cassie finally tried joining the big boys. i am still chicken
however and made them swing small. but nathan (the littlest
red-head) went big with the boys after i took cassie off! he's so
tough!(takes after his mother!)

and then last night was fabulous! Rosanne and Jess planned
a surprise birthday dinner for me and got all our husbands to
join in as well! this was the coolest present ever ladies! so here
we are up by fergusen canyon to watch the sunset after an
awesome dinner at bombay house. i seriously can't remember
the last time i watched the sunset with friends and got a chance
to just be with some of my favorite people ever!!! the boys were
teasing us that this is what we do every time we say that we are
going swimming together...we'll just show them the truth when
they see our seriously fast times next week at the provo tri!

I couldn't ask for better friends! I love you all (hilarious
husbands included--thanks for keeping us around guys!)
